Based in Burwell, Nikki makes a fabulous range of jams, marmalades, chutneys. She loves strong seasonal flavours and traditional-style products, and has great relationships with many local suppliers from whom she sources her ingredients.
Strawberry Jam with an added splash of Balsamic Vinegar to enhance the flavour of the Strawberries

Perfect with Turkey or Chicken but also with brie

Perfect with iced water but even better with Prosecco

A dark cherry jam with sweet overtones.

A lovely jam really enhanced by adding fresh and stem ginger.

Rhubarb (63g per 100g; Sugar; Pectin; Lemon Juice, Stem Ginger, Root Ginger.
A light slightly sweet chutney which is great with most cheeses although particularly cheddar or a creamy cheese. Also perfect over a burger for your summer BBQ

A lovely fruity chutney which can be enjoyed with most strong flavoured cheeses

This is a lovely delicate jam which is perfect on a scone or in the middle of a Victoria Sandwich.
