We’re writing to all our veg box members to let you know that we have taken the difficult decision to raise the price of our veg boxes.
Christmas closures
We’ll be delivering veg boxes right up to Christmas Eve, but then we’ll take a break. We’ll be closed on Saturday 25 December and the whole of the following week. Veg-box deliveries will resume on Tuesday 4 January.
Fitzbillies are streamlining the range of bread they bake. They are finding it difficult to find the staff who are willing to work the traditional bakers’ night shifts, so are switching most production to the daytime and consolidating their range.
As you may be aware, we have recently switched over our direct debit provider from GoCardless to London and Zurich. During this switchover, there was a planned period of two weeks (week beginning 9th and 16th of August) during which we were not able to take payments from customers.
